vinyl decal sticker mantras

These are for use in mirrors and windows and should last up to three years.

1: don’t rush, take your time, be intentional about the moment

2: clean the mirror or surface (rubbing alcohol is good) and let it dry completely 

3: peel the backing off your mantra sticker so the sticky backs of the letters are facing the mirror

4: press the words onto the clean mirror, rub with your hand and/or a bank card & leave for a while to cure

5: slowly peel the off transfer paper, paying attention to any dots and apostrophes

7: say your mantra loud & proud and send me (your new personal cheerleader) a picture for social media

iron on vinyl bikini mantras

These are for use on stretchy, nylon and sporty fabrics like bikinis and activewear, not canvas, shirts or high-in-cotton fabrics.

1: don’t rush, take your time, be intentional about the moment

2: clean and dry the item you’ll be adding a mantra to & when it’s completely dry, position your mantra with the plastic on top

3: use an iron with *no steam* at the maximin temperature the item of clothing can take & place the provided heavy duty parchment paper over the plastic of the iron on vinyl mantra, keeping it perfectly positioned

4: think heat + pressure (not ironing movements): place the hot iron on top of the parchment paper and hold it still, applying pressure, then flip the item, keeping everything in place, and press heat from the underside of the mantra

5: remove the iron and remember to turn it off

6: let the bikini cool completely then take the plastic off of your newly pressed mini mantra and keep it dry for at least 24 hours

bikini mantras should last 50+ washes juse remember to avoid: hot washes, fabric softeners, tumble drying (and people who dim your light ) x

iron on vinyl mini mantras

These are for use on cotton tees, totes and non-stretch fabrics like denim. 

1: don’t rush, take your time, be intentional about the moment

2: clean the item you’ll be adding a mantra to & when it’s completely dry, position your mantra with the plastic on top

3: prep your iron by heating it to the maximin temperature the item of clothing can take on a *no steam* setting

4: place the provided heavy duty parchment paper over the plastic of the iron on vinyl mantra, keeping it perfectly positioned

5: think heat + pressure (not ironing movements): place the hot iron on top of the parchment paper, hold it still & apply pressure, then flip the item, keeping everything in place, and press heat from the underside

6: remove the iron & remember to turn it off

7: let the item cool completely then take the plastic off of your newly pressed mini mantra and keep it dry for at least 24 hours.
